RETURN POLICY

The right of withdrawal is valid for 14 days from the time you received the goods. The item returned must be unused, in it’s original packaging and in undamaged condition. Always contact us at info@fancyfrank.com before returning an item.

When returning goods, you are responsible for the return cost. Repayment of the order amount or cancellation of the invoice issued shall be made by Fancy Frank within 30 days from the date on which the returned goods have been received.

Right of withdrawal does not apply in case
If the customer has bought customized Product or a Product with a significant special adaptation, such as a Limited Edition Artwork specially for the certain Customer, then the Customer is not qualified for Fancy Frank's right of withdrawal. A Product developed according to the Customer's specific specifications is exempt from the consumer's right to cancel the purchase under the Swedish Distance Contract Act.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, Fancy Frank will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your returned item. If you are approved, you have the right to order another product for the same price.

Delivery Delay
If there is a delay in the delivery You will be notified by us. You always have the right to cancel the purchase if long-term delivery delays occur. The order could only be rescinded by written cancellation via email to info@fancyfrank.com customer service. Refund of the purchase amount paid about 30 days after the termination has been received.

Responsibility for transport
Fancy Frank is responsible if the item is damaged or lost during shipment or transport from Fancy Frank to You. You are responsible if the product is damaged or lost during shipment or transport from You to Fancy Frank, unless otherwise stated in these Terms.

Force Majeure
Fancy Frank is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside of our control, such as general labor conflict, war, fire, lightning strikes, terrorist attack, as amended agency regulation, technical problems, failure of electric/telephone/data links or other communications or fault or delays in services from subcontractors due to circumstances stated herein. These circumstances shall constitute grounds for freedom from liability and other sanctions. If such circumstances arise Fancy Frank will inform You both in the beginning and also at the end of the period of the current situation. If those events occur Fancy Frank are entitled to cancel the purchase with immediate effect.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
